Into Workshop
- Intro to the concept of plant medicine and working with our local forests and ecosystems to collectively thrive
- Aligning BODY – MIND – SOUL to the plant world and its’ benefits
- Create your own medicinal wild-crafted tea with local botanicals
- Closing tea ceremony with ethically wild-crafted herbal tea
Extended Fall Courses:
SERIES OF 3 COURSES ($125 for all 3 or $50 each)

COURSE 1
BODY THRIVE with plant medicine
(2 hours, includes materials)
- Taking a deeper dive into the relationship between our bodies and our environment. Using plant medicine as a tool to heal body issues/ailments and stagnation
- FOCUS ON: Internal herbal medicine: teas, tinctures, syrups, extracts, elixirs, vinegars, and food.
COURSE 2
BODY – MIND THRIVE with plant medicine
2 hours, includes materials
- Looking at the relationship between mind and body, and the tools we can use to thrive using herbal medicine to integrate body and mind, and create balance and optimal health.
- FOCUS ON: External medicine: aromatherapy, herbal oils, body oils, creams, shampoo, deodorant etc.
COURSE 3
EMOTIONS + SPIRIT THRIVE with plant medicine
2 hours, includes materials
- Connecting our emotions and spirit to the plant world for higher self integration. Using plant medicineto thrive both internally and externally.
- FOCUS ON: Integration of emotions and spirit with plant world. Generating a deep and fulfilling relationship with self and the Earth using plant medicine in our daily lives.
